These Developer Terms describe how UAG Access is intended to work for developers. They apply to the early-access waitlist now, and will be replaced by a full developer agreement that you'll accept when developer accounts open (Phase 2).
1. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist registers your interest only. It does not guarantee an account, a launch date, any amount of credits, or access to any particular API.
2. Sponsored credits
- Sponsored credits are funded by sponsors, are limited, and are allocated at United AI Group's discretion based on availability and eligibility.
- Access is never unlimited. Credits may carry usage limits, expiry dates and category restrictions.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are not a payment instrument or investment.
3. Sponsor categories
You'll choose which sponsor and ad categories you're willing to see, and can change those choices. Earning some sponsored credits may require engaging with sponsor content in your chosen categories.
4. Supported APIs
The list of supported APIs and providers will be published at launch. UAG Access does not currently route live API traffic, and no provider partnership is claimed until it is confirmed.
5. Fair use
You must not abuse credits (for example by creating multiple accounts, automating sponsor engagement, or reselling access) or use the platform for unlawful purposes. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended and credits removed.
6. Changes
These terms will be updated before launch. Registered contacts will be told about material changes.
