These Terms of Use govern your use of access.unitedaigroup.com (the "Site"), operated by United AI Group LLC. By using the Site you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site presents UAG Access, a sponsored API access platform in development, and lets you register interest. The platform itself (developer accounts, credit wallet, API gateway and sponsor dashboard) is not yet available. Submitting a form does not create an account, a contract for services, or any entitlement to credits, access or pricing.
2. No payments, no investment
No payment, donation or investment is accepted through the Site. United AI Group LLC is privately owned by Jean Vital. UAG Access is being developed as a non-equity sponsored API access platform. No shares, ownership, voting rights, dividends, profit participation, or guaranteed returns are offered through this website.
3. Accuracy of information
Descriptions of planned features, tiers, roadmap phases and example campaign models are forward-looking and may change. Examples are illustrative only and are not company performance data or forecasts.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or sending spam through its forms.
5. Intellectual property
The United AI Group name, logo, UAG Access name and Site content belong to United AI Group LLC. Third-party names, if any, belong to their owners and do not imply partnership or endorsement.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, United AI Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

Use of the platform, once available, will also be subject to the Developer Terms or Sponsor Terms, as applicable. See also the Early Access Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
