This Privacy Policy explains how United AI Group LLC ("United AI Group", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information through access.unitedaigroup.com (the "Site").
1. Information we collect
When you submit a form on the Site we collect the details you provide: name, email address, company, role, interest area, estimated monthly API need or sponsor budget, your message, and your consent. We also record the page you submitted from and the time of submission.
Like most websites, our hosting and security providers automatically process technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver and protect the Site. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad tracking on the Site.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your request and follow up about UAG Access early access, sponsor pilots or partnerships.
- To send you updates about UAG Access that relate to your request. You can opt out at any time.
- To plan the platform, for example by understanding demand across categories.
- To keep the Site secure and comply with legal obligations.
3. Service providers
Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service. The Site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver those services. Our business email is provided by Google.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with sponsors or other third parties for their own marketing without your separate, explicit consent. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Retention
We keep early-access submissions for as long as needed to follow up and manage the early-access program, and delete them on request or when no longer needed.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you updates, by emailing jeanv@unitedaigroup.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, which we will honor as required by law.
7. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the platform develops. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. A fuller policy covering developer accounts and the API gateway will be published before those features launch.
