These Sponsor Terms describe how sponsorship of UAG Access is intended to work. Right now, sponsors can request information and discuss a pilot. Every campaign will be governed by a written sponsor agreement signed before any campaign starts or any money is paid.
1. Pilot requests
Submitting a sponsor form is a request for information or a pilot discussion. It is not an order or a commitment by either party. No payment is accepted through this website.
2. How sponsorship works
- Sponsor budgets fund API credits for developers who have opted into the sponsor's category.
- Sponsor content is shown only to developers who chose that category.
- Sponsors receive verified engagement and attribution reporting. The metrics, definitions and reporting cadence will be set out in each sponsor agreement.
3. No guaranteed results
United AI Group does not guarantee any number of developers, impressions, engagements, sign-ups, sales or any other result. Example models on this site are illustrative only.
4. Sponsor content standards
Sponsor content must be accurate, lawful, relevant to its category and must not be deceptive. United AI Group may decline or remove any sponsor content.
5. Pricing
Credit rates, platform fees, minimum budgets and billing terms will be confirmed in writing before launch and in each sponsor agreement.
6. Not an investment
Sponsorship is a marketing purchase. It carries no equity, ownership, voting rights, dividends, profit participation or return of any kind.
